WorldWideSatellites Offers Exclusive Warranty for EMP-Centauri & Conaxsat Products. We also offer limited time warranty for Zinwell & Moteck SG2100 Products.

-Free to Air receivers have a limited manufacturer warranty. please refer to the owners manual or the manufacturers website for details. WorldWideSatellites Warranties the Conaxsat product line for 1 year.

- LNBs have 7 day exchange warranty for DOA product (dead on arrival) .We only exchange for the same product. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost on all exchanges. WorldWideSatellites warranties the EMP LNB for 1 year.

-Switches such as EMP-Centauri has 2 year warranty and Zinwell we offer  30 day exchange warranty for DOA product (dead on arrival) .We only exchange for the same product. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost on all exchanges. All Other Brand Switches have manufacturer warranty or no warranty

-Motor brand Moteck SG2100 carries a 30 day exchange warranty for DOA product (dead on arrival) .We only exchange for the same product. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost on all exchanges. All Other Brand Motor has Manufacturer warranty

- All other products like Remotes, Finders, Extenders etc. 7 day exchange warranty for DOA (dead on arrival) The customer is responsible for return shipping cost on all exchanges.
